BodyKore Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been prepared for shipment, including tracking information and photo(s) of your packaged order upon dispatch from our warehouse. (Photos for UPS/USPS Shipments are not included.)
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or your item is made to order, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we'll notify you by email with updated delivery information.

How Is the Item Shipped?

Most BodyKore equipment ships via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight. Each item is palletized and boxed or crated to ensure safe transport. All units are shipped unassembled and include assembly instructions and/or installation videos on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your PRO/tracking number and photo(s) of your shipment. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website for real-time updates, including the estimated delivery date. When your order arrives at the local delivering terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Freight Delivery (Curbside):
    All large equipment ships via freight service and includes curbside delivery to the end of your driveway.
    Please note that our products are heavy and typically require two able-bodied individuals to move and unpack.
  • White-Glove Delivery:
    Available on select items. This service includes inside delivery and assembly. To request a quote for white-glove delivery, please contact sales@bodykore.com before placing your order.
  • Local Pickup (By Appointment):
    You may arrange local pickup from our Garden Grove, California warehouse. Please contact crystal@bodykore.com to schedule your appointment.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Upon delivery, please inspect all boxes and note any damages on the Proof of Delivery (Bill of Lading) before signing.

If you notice damage at the time of delivery:
  • 1. Accept the shipment but note all damages in detail (e.g., “ripped carton,” “scratched frame,” etc.) directly on the delivery slip provided by the freight driver.
  • 2. Take photos of the damage and the signed delivery receipt.
  • 3. Email the photos and details to crystal@bodykore.com within 5 days of delivery.
If you discover damages or missing parts after unboxing:
  • 1. Take photos of the product and packaging.
  • 2. Report the issue within 5 days of delivery to crystal@bodykore.com & warranty@bodykore.com for claim processing.

International Shipping

BodyKore offers international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs and transit times vary by destination and carrier. If international shipping rates are not displayed at checkout, please contact sales@bodykore.com for a custom quote

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary by product size, weight, and destination.
Most of our equipment requires freight shipping and are not eligible for free shipping unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We work closely with our carriers to offer the best possible ratesand pass those savings on to you
