The Woods were looking for a garage gym setup that could meet all of their needs, so they contacted us for the BodyKore Garage Gym package. This package includes a full squat cage and adjustable bench which allowed them to do all the strength training (ie: Squat, Deadlifts, Bench Presses, Shoulder Presses, Pull ups, Dips as well as a lot of other free weight exercises), dumbbells for isolated strength training, an air rower for HIIT and cardio and 200sqft rubber flooring which covers half of their 2 car garage.
