FAQ

  • How do I track my order?
  • Track your order by entering the PRO/tracking number on the carrier’s website. Before delivery Tracking information and a photo of your shipment will be emailed to you as soon as it is picked up from our warehouse. Any tracking updates, including an estimated delivery date, can be found on the freight carrier’s website using the tracking number. Once the shipment arrives at the local delivering terminal, they will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Watch our Order and Delivery videos for more details.
  • During delivery
  • Standard shipping includes curbside delivery to the end of your driveway. Please keep in mind that many of our products are very heavy and require two able-bodied individuals to move and unpack. If you notice damages at delivery-
    • Accept your shipment
    • Note the damage on your proof of delivery / bill of lading. Write the number of boxes damaged and describe the damage (i.e: ripped carton, scratches, shrink wrap torn, etc.) Be as detailed as possible.
    • Take photos of all damages and signed proof of delivery/ bill of lading with damages noted
    • Email the photos and any additional details to angela@bodykore.com
  • After delivery

  • If you notice damages after unboxing or are missing parts-
    • Take photos of all damages, including the box/packaging

  • International Shipping
  • We can ship internationally but the prices will be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact sales@bodykore.com for pricing inquiries.
  • Does BodyKore offer free shipping?
  • Most of the items will require shipping fees unless noted otherwise. Our items are very large and heavy so shipping across country does require some money but we work with the carriers and try to get the best prices available to pass on to the users.
  • Can I pick up locally?
  • Yes, local pickup is allowed by appointment. Please visit our contact us page to see our warehouse locations.
  • Do we have a showroom?
    • We have several showrooms nationwide and work with a network of dealers and distributors. Visit our distributor locator page to find your local showroom.

  • When will my order ship?
  • Most items will ship within 3-5 business days from our facility. The actual transit time will depend on the courier but it’s generally between 7-10 business days nationwide.
  • Can I cancel my order?
  • You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
  • Can I have my order held until all the items I want are available in order to save on shipping?
  • Yes, we can hold your order up to 30 days.
  • I forgot to use my discount code. Can that be applied to my order?
  • Yes, we can refund you the discount within 30 days of the purchase
  • How do I install products or packages?
  • We provide installation instructions and videos on our equipment. Most of our equipment can be assembled without professional help but may require 2-3 persons to help support.
  • When will products be in stock?
  • All of our products are in stock unless listed otherwise.

  • Do you accept pre-orders?
  • If the items are not in stock then we do accept pre-orders
