BodyKore’s Freddie Sosa was at the UFC 121 Open Work Out that was held at the UFC Gym Rosemead location. Media got a chance to get video, interviews and pictures with a few of the fighters on the UFC 121 Fight Card. Cain Velasquez, Tito Ortiz, Matt Hamill, Diego Sanchez, Martin Kampmann and Jake Shields were on hand to showcase some of their moves for the people in attendance.
