Dopamine and norepinephrine are the other chemicals released however they are more responsible for alertness and mental acuity. Many types of foods with the combination of protein, carbohydrates and fat content will affect your metabolism and mood with daily activities. Foods such as fruits, vegetables, fish can further stimulate the neurotransmitters and also adjust the chemical balance within your mind and body to help you feel better. Your body is in constant need of the right types of foods to also continue to fuel your performance and daily activities throughout the day.
