Indian Clubs has been a tool used for hundreds of years. The club dates back to the prehistoric time where the caveman used this rudimentary tool to hunt, defend himself and other basic uses of daily life. Throughout the years warriors and martial artist have adapted the use of these clubs for skill and dexterity training. These simple ancient artifacts have been adapted to full shoulder and hand mobility movements allowing us to get back to our ancient roots of rotational movements.
2lb Solid Oak Wooden Clubs hand turned to a perfectly balanced aesthetic. The clubs have been lacquered to a beautiful dark cherry matte finish. The length of the clubs are 20" with a 3" diameter base and 1" diameter handle.
