BodyKore is proud to introduce the new PowerMax 360.  The Powermax 360 is a patent-pending, revolutionary training tool that uses a unique form of resistance – called Omnikinetive Resistance – to deliver incredible fitness results. Omnikinetic Resistance allows for free moving resistance in every direction, or 360 degrees. It also offers the most efficient and effective form of strength development as it forces muscle failure throughout the entire motion, as opposed to other movements and training which generally fail at the weakest point.

A key advantage to the 360 is its ease of use and inherent safety. The ease of use makes learning how to exercise as simple as stepping up to the machine, grabbing the handles, and beginning tp push! Your workout has begun!

The inherent safety is due to the nature of Omnikinetic Resistance — like sweeping your arms through water, the harder you push, the harder the resistance. And the resistance is forced in each direction. There is no external weight load on the body, your joints, or your spine.  So despite the intensity of the workout, your injury risk is minimal and your soreness the next day practically non-existent.

The safe and highly productive fitness aspects of the 360 make it a great tool for injured athletes and rehab patients to maintain cardio and muscle training. Powermax Training works with physical therapists to assist regimens for people recovering or overcoming the limitations of ailments such as strokes, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, and other challenges.

Training Overview

The 360 is a versatile tool that is easy to use and to learn.

It is great for a range of workout purposes — from warming up, to working out for strength or cardio, to cooling down. The intensity of the use is based on how hard the user chooses to engage.

Some users mix the 360 into an overall workout regimen, either at the start, as a subset within a training session, or to cool down. And some of our athletes go through all three!

Some of the exercises that are used today by our athletes include the following moves and repetitions:
