Introducing Team BodyKore’s Rachel Tang

Team BodyKore’s Rachel Tang is a nutritionist and physical fitness specialist. Rachel studied at California State University of Fullerton where she double majored in Kinesiology and Nutrition. Rachel will be providing us with health and nutrition tips as well as a look into her workout regime and meal plans. Rachel leverage’s her time with both work and going to the gym daily in which it obviously shows! She accomplishes shifting one skill to another with increasing intensity and aptitude in her daily work outs and fitness training. Rachel is also responsible for compiling workout routines, meal plans, and general information for her clients from years of training with nutrition and fitness. Rachel also practices what she preaches with the her own custom steps to optimal health and conditioning. She carves out at least 90 minutes a day to working out and training for local triathlons and various local fitness competitions.
Rachel’s hobbies include: Dancing, Singing, Hiking, Outdoor activities and anything that includes Chico (her blue nose pittbull).
