Fitness Model/Ring Girl Elissa Alva joins Team BodyKore

We welcome the ever so lovely Miss Elissa Alva as the newest member of Team Bodykore. Elissa Alva is a fitness/import model, Official Ring Girl and workout fanatic! The 21 year old Mexican/Chinese beauty has only been modeling slightly over a year but she’s quickly blowing up in the industry. Her resume already includes: Wek`Fest, HIN Anaheim, HIN San Mateo, HIN Austin, HIN Pleasanton, TunerPlayground, DSport Covermodel, and Battle at the Wat Ring Girl.
Elissa works out atleast 4 days a week doing various types of workouts. Her typical training regime consists of free weight training, yoga and cardio. She includes a circuit training day atleast once a week and works out with a trainer for plyometric exercise training. Elissa recently also started training Muay Thai. She recently started training under Master Andy Kay at the Muay Thai Lao Academy located in Sacramento, CA.
