This video features Team BodyKore's Jeanna Castillo while she's teaching her CrossKick Bootcamp class. The CrossKick Bootcamp is a 4 week core strength and conditioning program. The class is held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6-7am at the Los Gatos Health and Fitness club located in Los Gatos, CA. There Jenna whips you into shape with exercises that are guaranteed to provide you with positive results.
This video features the first week in training for the participants so the exercises are beginner-intermediate intensity. Jenna starts the group off with Squat Presses then transitions to Roundhouse Kicks to pads. The group then moves onto Rows on a Row machine and then back to Push Ups and KORE training. Check it out:
