Featured Video: Frank Yang Training Mix Tape

Check out this mix tap of Frank Yang training.  Only weighing about 160lbs during the taping, he was lifting an impressive 450lb deadlift, 300lb bench press and 250lb clean and jerk (not to mentioned clearing a 63" standing box jump and 45" 1 legged box jump).  The kid has unreal strength and athleticism.  Check out the video below:
