We wanted to feature our Friends at GO TIME FITNESS.
Go Time Fitness is a San Diego company offering low-key outdoor group fitness classes in Scripps Ranch. The trainers incorporate everything from Barbells, Kettlebells, and Dumbbells to Plyo boxes, medicine balls, and a laundry list of bodyweight movements and running. It's a good bet that the workout won't be a cake walk. But is the workout impossible? Never.
Go Time's approach to Health & Fitness is based on the premise that everyone, regardless of age, gender, or ability, can become fitter, stronger, and healthier.
It is their belief that fitness should not be defined by how fast you run, how much weight you lift, or even how you look - even though all of those things will change if you are willing and ready! To Go Time, fitness is defined by your physical and mental well-being and how prepared you are to deal with life's challenges.
Go Time do not endorse any supplements personally or professionally. They believe only in clean eating and hard work. A combination of the two will optimize your performance and results.
