BodyKore got a chance to visit Erik Paulson’s CSW (Combat Submission Wresting) Training Center located in Fullerton, California. CSW is home to many elite MMA fighters and trainers. Current UFC Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar trains with Paulson and Former UFC Heavyweight Josh Barnett is a regular at the gym. Other top MMA athletes such as Sean Shrek, Cub Swanson etc. have also called CSW their home. We even received a quick training session with Freddy George who was kind enough to show us a few moves and lessons!
CSW is owned and operated by Erik Paulson and Freddy George. Paulson is the only American 3x Shooto Champion and is one of the best coaches in the nation. George is also an elite MMA trainer with a few fights under his belt and a fitness/nutrition guru. Together they have created one of the most sought after training centers and have coaches the who’s who in the MMA industry.
CSW is one of the largest MMA gyms and offers a variety of training ranging from Strength Training, Wrestling, Kick Boxing, Grappling, and Jiu-Jitsu all under one roof.
