BB_085Born in West Virginia, Brian Bowles started his MMA career over three years ago and has not looked back ever since. He has been training and fighting out of Athens Georgia at the Hardcore Gym. The Hardcore gym is part of American Top Team. 

After amassing a 3-0 record, the WEC quickly took notice and signed Bowles. Not only is he currently undefeated in his MMA career but also in the WEC. Most notability he knocked out former WEC Bantamweight Champion Miguel Torres who was 37-1 going into the bout with Bowles to become the NEW WEC Bantamweight Champion of the world. 

Bowles was the first person to knock out Torres and it was the first time Torres lost in about six years. Bowles is currently ranked the number one Bantamweight fighter in the world by MMA Weekly and top ten pound for pound fighter by both yahoo sports and sherdog.com Bowles is looking forward to defending his Championship title in the next coming months.
