BodyKore and Neil Sakatani Productions presents a special featured video of the IndoBoard Balance Trainer. The video was shot at the infamous Blackhouse MMA Gym with Team Blackhouse and Pro MMA Fighter Jordan Smith. Jordan demonstrates some basic balance training on the IndoBoard Original and some balanced squats on the IndoBoard Pro Board. You can pick up both boards at the BodyKore Store.
