The ATI Weighted Agility Glove is a multi-sport training glove that has individual weights that cover the top of the hand including the fingers and thumb.

-Each glove weighs 1.75 lbs.

HAND LENGTH – Measure length of dominant hand from base of hand to tip of middle finger.

If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

If you don’t have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler.
